Players Requesting Releases
In order for players to try out for a rep team outside their local association, a release is usually required.  When Arthur Minor Ball cannot offer the appropriate level of play for a player, our release committee will consider requests on a case by case basis.

If you would like to be granted a release, you must submit a written request stating the player's name, date of birth, home address, and where the player would like to play for the upcoming season.  Be sure to allow sufficient time for our release committee to review & process your request.

Requests should be sent to the email address linked here

Please reach out to discuss enrichment opportunities available within our organization, and/or neighbouring locals before deciding to play elsewhere

Baseball specific requirements:
In order for a player to try out for a rep team outside of the Western Ontario Baseball Association (WOBA), they will also require a release from WOBA.  Please review WOBA's player registration & release policy.
