Arthur Minor Ball is always looking for new umpires. Whether you are a lifelong baseball fan, a young baseball or softball player, or a parent looking to help our association run smoother, please consider umpiring for Arthur Minor Ball.
We are committed to supporting the development of our umpires. We will reimburse registration fees for training courses, and can supply most of the equipment you need to get started. In addition, we have several experienced umpires who are happy to provide guidance and support to anyone just starting out.
Umpiring is a great first job, or if you want to make some extra money with a flexible schedule. Being an umpire is also a great for building character, leadership skills, building life-long friendships, and a great way to stay active.
Previous experience is not a requirement!

We are still waiting for Baseball Ontario & Softball Ontario to release the schedule for 2025 clinics. If you are interested in becoming an umpire in the future, please let us know and we will keep you updated with any useful information we come across.

Before registering with Baseball Ontario and/or Softball Ontario, or signing up for any courses, please complete the Umpire Registration form on our website. This ensures that our umpire coordinator knows you are interested, and helps us keep track of who we need to reimburse.
